Nottinhgam Accessible web Company Cyonix is pleased to announce it is to join forces with Poptech in delivering their proven CMS software, Siteframework.

Poptech will be supporting Cyonix as a new development partner in delivering high end, enterprise level content-managed websites using their award-winning CMS software, Siteframework.

Poptech boast an impressive portfolio, having developed many enterprise scale websites, including the recently launched Commonwealth Secretariat website. Poptech also have a proven history in delivering complex websites across many sectors with Siteframework, and feel it is time to widen their network to allow selected web agencies across the UK to develop Siteframework projects under licence.

The two companies became acquainted at the 2006 Visionary Design awards, which highlight organisations that have excelled in ensuring their web-based services are accessible to blind and partially sighted people across the UK. Nelson Wootton of Poptech was impressed by Cyonix's high standards and commitment to deliver easy to use accessible websites, and approached company owner Sharon (Lee) Saxton to propose the idea of Cyonix becoming a Poptech development partner.

Cyonix will be using the Software as a service (Saas) delivery model as the backbone of the premium service and aims to launch in April 2007 – serving a variety of sectors, including local government, charity & voluntary organisations, membership bodies and social economy. Cyonix plans to "eat its own dog food" by using the Siteframework product to redevelop their own company website in the not too distant future.

Sharon (Lee) Saxton says "We have had our eye on the market for a while now, searching for a proven system to satisfy enterprise level clients. Siteframework surpasses all of our expectations! It embraces the latest technologies, takes into account Accessibility & Usability issues, is constantly updated and is a proven entity in the market space. We look forward to working with Poptech and are thrilled about the new opportunities that lay ahead."

Nelson Wootton commented, "This is exactly the right partnership at the right time. Working with Cyonix, we will not only be sharing software, we will also be sharing expertise. Cyonix share our enthusiasm for 'accessible website design' and we will continue to learn from each other. Our two growing companies will also share expertise in project management, specification and on-going service provision."

Cyonix is also pleased to announce that Nik Le Page of Kineta Systems will be providing Technical services for this new venture.
